SOCIAL WALL PAYPAL SUBSCRIPTION
You’ve tried and tested our Social Wall and have decided to continue using this awesome service. What do I do now?
We’ve made the payment subscription to Social Wall really simple. All you need to do is login to your dashboard and at the bottom of the general tab you will see the PayPal subscription buttons – just like the below screenshot:
Simply choose whether you want to pay for a Yearly or Monthly period. With the Yearly subscription period, we currently have a promotion where you pay for 11 months and you get the 12th month free.
You can use your PayPal account to subscribe and make payments via Credit Card or use the existing funds in your PayPal account. Or if you don’t have a PayPal account and you want to make a payment using another method, then please contact us via chat or email.
CAN I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?
Yes, in PayPal you can simply cancel your subscription if you no longer want to use our services. Before cancelling your subscription, please contact us so we can make the necessary arrangements and we will even try to resolve any issues which might have caused you to decide to cancel our services.
WILL I RECEIVE A REMINDER WHEN MY SUBSCRIPTION IS ABOUT TO EXPIRE?
Yes, we will send you an email 5 days before your account is about to expire and then another email 1 day before it expires.
