SOCIAL WALL LOCATIONS: INTRANET, WEBSITE AND DIGITAL SCREEN
HCCU is displaying the Social Wall on the staff portal. It was important to display promotions and information to customer facing staff especially to make staff aware of special offers and promotions that the marketing team was running. HCCU recently revamped their website and they made the decision to feature the Social Wall on the home page of the hccu.com.au website. If you look at the bottom of the website, you will notice the Social Wall. Basically, the Social Wall provides visitors with the experience that it is integrated as part of the website rather than being sourced by an external party. With the scrolling effect on the Social Wall, it also grabs the visitors’ attention and keeps the users up to date with all their promotions and social media announcements.
HCCU is also displaying Social Wall on one of their internal digital screens. The Social Wall is used so that the contact centre can see everything the marketing team posts to their followers on Twitter and Facebook. This includes offers, inspirations, events etc.
So in summary, the same Social Wall was displayed on 3 digital locations!
