HOW TO ADD YOUR INSTAGRAM ACCOUNTS TO SOCIAL WALL

Social Wall allows you to display social media posts from multiple Instagram accounts. To do this, you must associate and authorize our Social Wall app to each of the Instagram accounts you want to add to the Social Wall.

STEPS ON HOW TO ADD INSTAGRAM ACCOUNTS TO SOCIAL WALL

Or follow these steps:

1. Login to the Social Wall Dashboard. Enter your username and password.
   
2. Click on the Instagram Tab
   
3. Click on Add New
   
4. If you are not logged into Instagram you will be asked to enter your Instagram username and password
   
5. You will be prompted to Authorise the Social Wall application to view your Instagram media and profile info. PLEASE NOTE THE APP DOESN’T PUBLISH ANY POSTS ON YOUR PROFILE.
   
6. If the authorisation worked, then you will see your Instagram profile details on the Social Wall Instagram tab.
   
7. The alert message “Instagram Access token for xxxx has been added successfully” will be displayed at the top.
   
   If you want to add other Instagram accounts, make sure you logout of Instagram and use the Instagram account you want to add. Then click on Add new and follow step 3 again.
8. Click on the General Tab
   
9. Make sure Instagram is selected in the Enable Social Media Account section
   
10. Click on the User tab
    
11. Copy the URL and open it in a new browser windows. Or click on preview button.
    
12. Check the Social Wall and make sure your Instagram posts are displayed.
    

HOW TO REMOVE THE SOCIAL WALL APP FROM INSTAGRAM

If you no longer want to authorise Social Wall to view your Instagram posts, then simply remove the authorisation by following the below steps:

 

1. Login to your Instagram Account
   
2. Click on the settings button
   
3. Click on Authorized Apps
   
4. Click on Revoke Access
   
5. Click YES to remove the Social Wall app
   
6. The Authorized application list should now be empty
