Did you know you can add a video to your Facebook Page cover?
Simply upload a video to your cover which meets these two requirements:
- minimum dimensions: 820×312 (we used video dimensions of 1920×1080)
- duration: 20 seconds minimum and 90 seconds maximum
Facebook will encode the video after you upload it and if the video doesn’t meet these requirements, you will receive an error message.
Using a video over an image is more effective as it’s more engaging and it provides a richer experience to the viewer.

To upload a video just follow these simple instructions:
- Login to your Facebook account
- Select the Page
- Click on the image icon
- Select the Upload Photo/Video and click on the video you want to upload
- Let Facebook render the video and that’s it.
