RESOLVING FACEBOOK PAGE ACCOUNT ISSUES

If you are having issues accessing or linking your Facebook Pages to Social Wall then you may want to read this post. Over the past few years, Facebook has been making changes to the way Facebook Business Pages are managed which includes making sure a personal Facebook account is associated with a Facebook Page admin. This left many Facebook Business Pages be in limbo as they were originally created using grey accounts. These gray account were originally created for the purpose of being shared across a business however as per the Facebook terms and conditions this is no longer acceptable. There was a period of time this also caused issues for people logging in as a gray account and the result was a page displaying an error with FACEBOOK TOO MANY REDIRECTS ERROR. The fix for this error was pretty straight forward as you can see from the video below however, Facebook made some changes and either made it more difficult for people to fix the issue or it caused other problems.

If you were one of the lucky ones to be able to fix the Facebook Too Many Redirect issue you should have been able to see the new Facebook dashboard interface and then be able to manage your Facebook Business Page. Keep in mind, that if you want to use Social Wall with your Instagram business account, you need to link your Facebook Business Page to the Instagram profile. You can read more about this in the Social Wall Step By Step Instruction Page

In addition to the Facebook redirect issue, last year some users also experienced a Facebook Account Unavailable error message. This was a more complex issue and there were multiple ways to fix this and it was also related to gray accounts. The article does provide some solutions on how to resolve this issue and the main fix is to use one of the methods listed and add a personal Facebook account as an admin. You can also watch this video to show you how to fix the issue.

Now, if you haven’t encountered any of the above issues then you’re in luck! You can easily link and display your Facebook Business posts on Social Wall.
